Kuiper Siberians
Siberian Husky kennel dedicated to conformation, workability, health, and temperament.
Another fun (and wet) weekend at Canfield this year!
Actaea took WB on Friday, and RWB on Sat/Sun. Thank you do the judges for the recognition!
It was great to see friends and hunker under the tent with y’all as it monsooned 😂 We also got to see seester Zora again which always makes my heart happy!
Fen and Actaea got belly rubs at OSU today! Oh, and their eyes tested 😂 Dr. Hamor assured that their eyes and temperaments passed today and that they were so sweet and cooperative lol
Always a relief!
Actaea has been (trying) to embrace the beach pup life this summer. Swimming takes encouragement but she loves looking for tasty treasures on the beach 🫠
Suzie and Spectre killed it this past weekend!! They competed both days in an obedience trial and earned two legs towards their CD (companion dog) title taking first place both times 😍
So so proud of them showcasing what the breed is capable of and having fun while doing it!
Getting faster and faster as she works toward her DCAT!
Yesterday the Flint x Fen kids turned 2 years old. I don’t know how two years have passed since these little firecrackers entered the world!
They’ve impacted so much since they’ve joined us and made their families lives brighter. That is what makes me most proud as a breeder 🥺🫶🏻
Happy birthday Hunter, Zora, Actaea, Spectre, and Ulquiorra!!
Intense to derp in under a second 😂 We’re running some FCATs again this weekend and after Actaea is doing something really exciting! She has her first not-with-mom agility semi-private lesson with our awesome friend Jenn and her Mudi Gingko! Actaea has attended some of our private lessons for a while to work on some foundations and she is up to starting some very short sequences and thinks agility is a great time.
Fen had a great weekend of agility!! She got her first Open FAST, Open Standard, and Open Jumpers Q! Good job, Fenny 💛 She is so fun and I was really excited to trial with her again.
Happy Pride Month ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤎
Nakey Tae completed her BCAT title recently with a PB run! Good girl! Fen also came and ran and is inching towards her FCAT.
Coursing fun!
Fen and Actaea recently spent a weekend doing FCAT on Saturday and CABT on Sunday! Fen says she prefers Fast CAT, but Actaea thought CABT (600 meter course with turns) was super super fun. Hoping to get her to another trial soon!
We were so lucky to get a beautiful light show a few weeks back as the Aurora Borealis gave us a visit. The dogs and I sat outside for a couple hours to soak it all in. I wanted them to experience it with me as I have always associated the Northern Lights as a connection to the breeds home 💚💜
They *might* be a little spoiled 😂
And just like that, Fen finished her Rally Advanced title pending AKC!!
I’m so proud of her for going out and rocking the ring. She has Q’d every rally run I’ve entered her in so far. Neither of us have been perfect in the ring, but we’ve had fun adding some new letters to her name.

We’ll see if we decide to pursue excellent, I’m hoping to jump more heavily into agility as I think she’s ready to really start pushing through the ranks there. We’ll see where the wind takes us 🌬️
Bred by Anne Palmer Brian Palmer and owned by us all.
Fen is two Qs towards her Rally Advanced title! She competed at the Cleveland and Detroit Siberian Husky Club rally trials to earn these Qs. Thank you to our friends for coming and cheering us on!
Just one more Q for Fen’s Advanced title! Then I have to decide if I go for Excellent 😂
This week Lynn, Ulquiorra, and I all went to Westminster for the first time! It was a really cool experience and we all had a great time 💜
Congratulations to all the winners and to Pilot for a huge Group 2 👏
Fen 🌑✨
A little fun walk after a short bikejor!
We have a busy year ahead of us. Actaea will be focusing on finishing her AKC Championship, but also hoping to finish some Fast CAT and Barn Hunt titles and hit a few races in the fall! Fen will be competing in agility and rally!
Apologies to my wallet 😂
Fen and Actaea are tuning in to remind you to 🌞NOT STARE AT THE SUN🌞 without proper solar viewing glasses.
They also want to remind you that your furry friends will 🌞NOT🌞 look at the sun, so don’t worry about them!
Please view this rare phenomenon safely and enjoy it! If you do not have eclipse glasses, check online as many local libraries and metro parks are handing them out!
I got started through gateway sports! I did some recreational Dryland mushing, then tried Fast CAT, then CABT. Now I compete in Conformation, Agility, Rally, and Dryland Races! I still do “gateway” sports for fun too.
Kudos to everyone who is enriching their dogs’ lives whether you want to get further involved or are happy where you are 💜
Spectre went WD under judge Sei-Ichiro Ishimaru at the Siberian Husky Club of Chicago specialty 💜
Congratulations to his owner, Suzie!

We had a great time at the Chesapeake specialties! Actaea made the cut in a large and competitive bred by class both times on Saturday. On Sunday, she took 4th! Zora paced every show in her open class, with two firsts and a fourth.
Thank you to the judges for considering the girls in a sea of strong competition.
Pending AKC, Fen will now be adding the Rally Novice title to her name!!
This was our first ever rally trial weekend and she was completely home trained by me. We Q’d and placed on all three runs! We’ve never done a rally class, but I knew she was well trained and I figured we’d give it a shot and it worked out pretty well I’d say 😉 I am so very proud of her, she is such an awesome dog.
Fen finished her Rally Novice title with scores of 97, 97, and 89 (because I did a sign wrong 🤦🏻♀️, otherwise would’ve been a 99) and two 1st places and a 4th place off of speed in a HUGE Novice class!!

Fen had a great weekend at Incredipaws for the Licking River Agility Trial!
Fen finished her Novice FAST (P) title pending AKC and had two admirable runs for Open. Just missed out on Qs for both, but lots of promise there and I know what to work on! Looking forward to the next time we get to trial.
Last Sunday at the Indy Winter Classic, Actaea took WB under judge Christie Martinez for 2 points. Thank you Christie for finding her and for your kind words!

Taea taking off out of the shoot day 2 at NE dryland!
Thank you to Laura L for releasing the crazy child and Laura A for videoing!
LEASH had a training day and we put the family together in harness! Daughter Taea is in lead with Ninkasi’s “Spock” (unrelated) with momma Fen and son Ulquiorra in wheel! Very fun to get to run them together and we appreciate Laura and Romil for inviting us and sharing their equipment.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
A couple photos from the NE Dryland Challenge! It was a very fun race. Day 1 went very well, Day 2 the course was slow going due to very wet mud and then making a new best friend didn’t help 😂 She is just a puppy still, so I am proud of how she did!
This year my goals are to finish Actaea’s AKC championship, finish Fen’s novice FAST agility title, start competing in open classes with her, and enter at least 2 more dryland races.
Do you have any new year goals with your dogs?
This is extremely important to remember about Siberians especially. A lot of people will insist a Siberian needs hours of exercise daily, which is far from true. Teaching your dog to settle, to have an off switch, is invaluable and typically not very difficult! Mental stimulation is incredibly important too.
Want them to settle nicely while you enjoy coffee with friends?
Teach them to relax.
Want to be able to answer an important phone call?
Teach them to relax.
Want to be able to live without constantly entertaining your pup?
Teach them to relax!

Below that is a small brown spotted dog wearing a blue striped sleep cap and sleeping on a blue pillow. The text reads "athletes gain stamina by exercising more. why would your dog be any different? A tired dog may be a better behaved dog, but they also may just be harder to tire tomorrow. Teach your dog to relax."]
Ulquiorra finished his championship pending AKC with a major win under judge Nancy Ridgeway at the Valley Forge KC/Siberian Husky Club of Delaware Valley combined Specialty!
✨Champion✨ Kuiper’s Chthonic Void at Anteiku VHMP TKN
Huge congratulations to Lynn for her first champion and her dedication to this sweet boy. Ulquiorra is also my first bred by champion 🥹 So proud of them both and all of their hard work. Can’t wait to see what is next for them!
Actaea earned her AKC Temperament Test title at the French Bulldog Club of America tests! She had all of the evaluators and helpers rolling from her “breed characteristic traits” 😂
She was a happy go lucky, friendly goofball the whole time. They loved when she threw the curtain aside to look out the window, tried to sn**ch the fake toy dog, her general exuberance for life, and all of her kisses.
