Being an owner of Chick-fil-A allows me to do this in a restaurant environment with a multitude of people—first with my team and second with my guests. The root word “restaurant” means “to restore or to refresh.” I love the idea that I own a space that allows my team and my guests to feel refreshed and restored during their busy lives.
