Jet One is a prototype of a personal watercraft Jet is easy-to-ride, and extreme riding is easily attainable even for beginners..
Jet is a new type of personal watercraft designed to give the rider a greater range of maneuverability on a smaller, operating platform and an ergonomiccally correct riding position similar to that of a sportbike. After several concepts and prototypes tested, the result is an organic, sleek design that feels more like an extension of your body. "The ergonomics evolved this way, based on the simple
physics involved; dictated the advantages of reducing watercraft COG and positioning the handlebars as the center of gravity, so you can exert extreme body english." The machine is almost instinctive to ride, and using this natural body instinct, people are quickly exploring the differences a small amounts of input can make. "You can go from big high speed drifts, to shedding very tightly, all with just a small change in attitude of the craft, yet it's all instinctive." The center of gravity of the man-machine combination is in the area framed between the rider's shoulders and hips – the perfect place to get the most torque on the machine for tricks and turns. A rider's seating area allows for quick transitions between a variety of positions, from semi-prone racing stance to a relaxed seated posture. The unique shape of the hull provides a body intuitive control of the PWC, allowing the rider's posture to display different characteristics of the hull. Evolved over eight years and five prototypes with the intent of bringing innovative and functional design to the personal watercraft world. With several patents pending and more concepts in the works. With the evolution of this Personal Watercraft, we think it's the next major off-shoot from the PWC family tree.
