Hey everyone! I’m going to start this by saying thank you to each and everyone of you who have trusted us with your custom Metal orders this past year! We are so happy to help your visions come to life!
Now down to the nut cuttin... you all know the cost of wood, metal, and basically everything is going up and up and up... we are to the point of having to price metal WEEKLY! Where we use to buy large quantities of different gauges of sheets of steel and keep them in stock... this is going to change up how we do quotes unfortunately.... 😖😔

So... if you message with a custom order be sure & give us every detail possible on what your wanting & all possible sizes you are interested in! I’ve had the luxury in the past to message a current price list of common sizes, but the coast of steel is changing so dramatically that it’s no longer feasible for me to do that.
When you send your inquiry I can give you a ball park estimate of prices, but the date we finalize the design and get the go ahead to cut your product is the set date I will base steel prices off of to send your invoice! This is why giving me as much detail with your initial inquiry will be the most helpful thing in getting to the finalization step and locking in your price. Like I said before, we price steel weekly & I will do my best to do right by our customers giving you the absolute best price we can!

I know there has been lag in my response time here and there and it’s based solely on what is going on at that time in my family’s lives. Keep in mind I’m a one man show with two kiddos until Matt gets home at an uncertain time because he runs a handful of businesses. But we have recently been so fortunate to have found the absolute best kiddo keepers and I’m going to do my best in being quick to respond to messages on our business page ONLY! I try my best to direct traffic from my personal messages, emails and texts to our business page, but there are some that fall through the cracks! This is going to break my heart when I have to change a price on someone due to me letting an order slide! Because of this I cannot take orders unless they are messaged through our business page! That way we have a record of your inquiry and details of your order!

I hate having to be so picky about details, but we just want to be upfront and forthcoming and make sure everyone is aware and gets treated as fairly as possible!
With all of that being said, we want to thank you for being understanding of our changes in this ever changing market right now!
