4TH OF JULY BLT PASTA SALAD! An easy and fun recipe to make for a 4th of July cookout, gathering, or whatever else you are doing for this 4th of July🎆🎇
Ingredients:
1 16-oz package bowtie pasta
10 strips bacon cooked and chopped
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 red onion diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
For the Dressing
1 packet ranch seasoning and dressing mix
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning packet, milk and mayonnaise. Refrigerate to thicken up while prepping the rest of your salad.
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, chopped lettuce and diced red onion. Pour over about 1/2 of the dressing and gently fold to coat evenly. Add more or less, to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If refrigerating salad to eat later, reserve extra dressing to add on right before serving.

Say hello to our 3 ingredient MANGO POPS!
What you'll need:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup of milk (stop by MNC to grab 1%, 1% lactose free, or nonfat milk😉😉😉)
- 1 tbsp sugar (more or less depending on how sweet your mangoes are)
STEPS:
1) Peel and cut your mangoes into small cubes
2) Pour the milk, mangoes, and sugar into a blender for 3-5 minutes
3) Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
4) Leave in freezer for 4-6 hours
5) ENJOY!
