**NEW CLASS ALERT**

As our warm weather comes to an end, many people have expressed interest in strength and conditioning classes for the winter months. Now is the time to get started with us at Catalyst! Join us on Wednesday at 6:00pm and Saturday at 9:00am for a small group class designed for all experience levels. $15 per session, message us for more details, and bring a friend for a special Catalyst gift!

For those of you who aren’t sure the best way to get to us right now, here are two routes we are currently finding to work best. Expecting 6 mile to be closed most of the summer.

TEAM CATALYST. Supporting each other, holding each other accountable, and never accepting excuses.

We’ve had some big squats from our powerlifting crew at Catalyst lately and we’ve needed a bigger squat bar for a while. Somehow, was able to find us a brand new Bulldog squat bar! We’ll need over 1,100lbs before this bar starts to bend.. I guess we better get busy!
