Wow! What a day Rocky River Microgreens had! I was invited by Chef Carl from Livingstone College, in Salisbury, NC to speak to the Culinary Arts students about Microgreens.
I was really proud to see them use my microgreens in their beautiful dishes.
Even better, I got to try each one, and I must say that Chef Carl’s 35+ years of experience speaks for itself. His students were outstanding.
