First day back!!!!!!!!

•We are so excited to announce we will have a new stylist!!! Brooke Crayton will be started this week! She has years of experience in hair coloring and cuts. And she is the perfect fit you all will love her something big!•

As you all have heard. Salons will be reopening this Friday at 5:00. I want to be clear on what this means. We all will be reaching out to each of our clients personally. Do not assume if you already have an appointment it still stands. We are having to work in clients that haven’t had their hair done since February. These clients were due for their appointments when we had to close. So please be patient. We can not do walk ins at this time. Appointment only. Please understand we can not wait to see all of you! We will all be working very hard to insure everyone gets in in a timely manner. When you do get to come for an appointment. We ask you wait in the parking lot and call or text when you get here. We will serve one client at a time. That means one person in the chair at a time. We are not going to be able to do clients in between clients. This is an inconvenience for all of us. Again we ask you be patient. Also upon arrival you must wash your hands in the restroom with warm water and soap. We will have signs on the door to remind everyone on what to do. We are so thankful for all of you. And again can not wait to see you all!

The worst roots and the worst nails get a free color or fill in on me! We will vote as stylist in who deserves it based on the worst outgrowth! This should be super fun! Defi Salon and Spa will temporally close due to the mandated order Wednesday at 5:00. I want to first say thank you to our customers. You all have been so generous and understanding through all of this. You have paid in advance for hair services and that is so appreciated! I encourage all of clients if your budget allows to prepay for your hair services with each of your service providers. They don’t work they don’t get paid. Plus that insures you get a spot first in line when we reopen! If you do have an appointment in the next two days please wait in your car and we will come get each of you one at a time. We ask if you have been sick or are sick to stay at home. And wash hands as soon as you arrive. We are going to use this time to grow stronger and love harder. We are so thankful for all of you and your continued support. I will update along the way as we find out anything on a reopen day. While we pass this time send us some videos of how your going to mask those roots and work with the new fun hairstyles you will have!!!

I want to take a minute and say.... I’m proud of us. I’m proud of us as nation. Hear me out! Everywhere I have been everyone has been so sweet and kind and giving. I’ve witnessed several accounts of people offering items to others that they couldn’t find at store. One man said I have plenty of eggs at my house I have chickens and I’m glad to share. One woman said I have two loaves of bread I will be glad to give the other to anyone who needs it. Clients are calling offering up payment for services even if they have to wait to get them. Just so my girls at the salon don’t suffer. People being kind to neighbors and elderly and children. And the stories go on and on. All of my girls at the salon have stepped up got extra certified and doubled up on cleaning. Making sure our clients feel safe. Calming the nerves of clients that are unsure and worried in this time. So as we walk in uncharted territory. I’m so thankful there is more good that’s coming from this than bad. We are growing stronger as a community. Supporting each other more than ever. This might just be a humbling beautiful thing after all❤️

Defi Salon and Spa will be open for business this week. We have sanitized and cleaned above and beyond our normal cleanliness. We ask that if you aren’t feeling well to stay at home. We also ask you give your service provider a solid 48 hours if you need to reschedule. With all of the schools closing we ask if your kids come to your appointment. They stay with you and quite due to the other services going on. We want to make sure through all of the chaos going on. Our clients have a wonderful experience as per usual. We want you to relax and enjoy your appointment. Again if for any reason you don’t feel comfortable coming. Be sure to give your service provider 48 hours notice. Thank you in advance for your continued support.

I want to take a minute and ease the minds of our clients. Some of you have had concerns about COVID-19. All of us at Defi are taking proper procedures to insure a clean and sanitized environment for our clients to enjoy. We ask as always if you aren’t feeling well to most definitely stay at home. And before getting services you wash your hands when you arrive. We understand your concern about the spread of germs. And we are thankful for that more now than ever. We also ask if you decide to cancel please do so 48 hours before your appointment time. We will continue to provide our clients with services. And will not be closing due to the wide spread panic.
