We're seeking the public’s assistance in locating 73 year old William Huston Horn who was last seen heading south from the Embassy Suites on John Q. Hammons Drive Northwest off Bruton Smith Boulevard.

Horn is a 170-pound, 6′0″ black male with short black hair, brown eyes, and is believed to have a cognitive impairment. He last wore a black jacket with grey pants, a tan shirt, and black shoes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Horn is asked to call 911 or the Concord Police Department at 704-920-5000.

Meet Abby a small 1 1/2 yr old female dauchsund mix only 17 lbs she was surrendered by her owner with two other dogs because the owner said they had to many! She is RESCUE ONLY due to how she is reacting at the shelter! Even though her owner also said she is good with kids! She also is already spayed!
