Is now the right time to buy? Yes, with the right program and game plan. Our programs, such as the 3-2-1 or 2-1 buydown allow our buyers to get their qualifying rate 3 percent lower on the first year, 2 percent lower on the second year and 1 percent lower on the 3rd year. This means our clients are not sitting on the sidelines and are taking advantage of our great home buying programs. When rates ease back down in the next 12-36 months, clients will be able to refinance into a lower rate.

You know a lot of people ask me when is it a good time to buy Edwin and I tell them when you are ready and have all your ducks in a row. Would you rather pay 6%-7% on a mortgage or 100% of rent to your landlord? When owning a home, you are paying yourself back. Trying to predict the market is always challenging and unpredictable. So, make a move when you are ready and take advantage of those opportunities out there. There are programs that can get you started two and one percent lower on your mortgage rate from your current qualifying rate.
