Good morning!! Just a few reminders about my services:
1. Appointments: I operate on an appointment-only basis for in-office and phone meetings. Please email me at: [email protected] to schedule a convenient time for both parties. I can accommodate after 5pm and Saturday appointments.
2. Urgent communications: Please call AND email me if you are traveling and have issues. Text messages don't always go through when I am at home in China Grove, so best to call me.
3. Services: I work on a part-time schedule but will always be available if you are a client who is traveling and need my help! I've had to release a few destinations over the past few years and focus on these areas: Caribbean & Mexican Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska cruises, and Europe and North American scheduled guided tours.

My pleasure to assist Debbie & Donnie with another all-inclusive anniversary trip this year! Secrets Tides in the Dominican Republic opened in January of this year and I recommended it to them. From their review: " resort was beautiful, well-maintained, swim-up room was amazing, nice beach with calm water and almost seaweed free. " Oceana was their favorite restaurant. I'm so glad they had a nice, relaxing trip and can't wait to help them again!

Good news!
The State Department estimated that nearly 50 percent of passport renewals will be done online soon. To take advantage of the service, U.S. citizens must be in the country, and passports that have been expired for more than five years are not permitted to be renewed online.
All US Citizens Can Now Renew Passports Online for First Time Ever The U.S. Department of State has launched an online passport renewal service for all citizens following a successful beta test.
Collette Tours has a wonderful tour of the Pacific NW & California! I have a private group heading that way next month. The group is sold out but this is a great area for touring! It's time to book for 2025 to get the best pricing!

What to Do If You Lose Your ID Right Before a Flight Arrive at the airport as early as possible. Passengers traveling without a form of identification will have to go through interviews with TSA officers to establish their identity and most airlines will not refund tickets for people who missed their flights due to a lost ID.

Just wanted to hop on here and let everyone know what is going on. On November 16th, I will finally be having a total knee replacement surgery. Health issues have really impaired my 2023 and I feel confident that most issues are handled except for this dang knee. I've put this off too long and ready to get it done and be my busy self. I've been working part-time this year while I had physical therapy and gel injections would help me avoid surgery but the pain limited my day-to-day so life I decided to get the surgery over with during slow season. I have NOT retired but don't want to take on too much right now as my focus will be physical therapy. If you have current bookings, no worries. I am on track to complete these prior to surgery and have backup if needed. The office will be setup at home. You have my cell phone, 704 791-4776 and can call with any questions or concerns. Any travel issues you may encounter you know to call me for help. I totally understand if you book or work with another agent prior to my return in January. I urge you to book your travel as early as possible for best availailability & pricing. So give me a call if you are interested in new travel for 2024-2025 after January 1st! I LOVE helping your travel dreams come true and thankful for your using my services. Hope you enjoy the upcoming Holiday events and get lots of time with your family & friends!

Abigail & Landon visited Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, MX back in March for their honeymoon and sent me these amazing photos yesterday. They were a pleasure to work with on finding the right place for their special week! Since my home office I am working at today has a view of a fence, I now have beach fever and must go.😀 I'm not there today but wish I was...lol!! Thanks Abigail and Landon for sharing these!!

Kudos to Floyd-Dean Shannon. Travel is stressful and he is a real asset to Delta!

Those are the words that Shannon, the passenger in 4C, heard as her Endeavor flight continued to JFK. Takeoff and turbulence made her tense.
Floyd Dean-Shannon is the face you absolutely want to see when you’re nervous. Personable, kind and knowledgeable about each and every squeak and bump, he was able to talk Shannon through the turbulence and sat in the aisle holding her hand.
“As a Flight Attendant, you set the tone. My goal is to be the best Flight Attendant I can be."
Connecting you from place to place is about much more than the destination. We always want to make the journey just as great as where you're going.

Just a few tips for those heading to the airport for your Holiday travel adventure: feel free to add your tips in the comments!!✈️
➡️Check-in early: 3 hours international, 2 hours domestic minimum!! I would probably add 20-30 minutes to this for myself.
➡️ Take a picture of where you parked your car at the terminal (I've lost mine a few times, not good!)
➡️ Download your airline's APP on your phone and sign-up for text messages. Gate changes, delays, etc. will be easier to keep up with.
