Reproductive rights are self autonomy and cannot be regulated to persons other than a mentally competent individual. The right to decide when and how to have a child is a fundamental freedom. Pass this excellent bill and let freedom ring in the Granite State.

New Hampshire should never have enacted an abortion ban. Putting it in the budget, without hearings or public review, set a terrible precedent that the Granite State governs behind our backs and will force a law upon us that will force people to bear children. This bill repeals the draconian Big Brother abortion ban that never should have been passed into law.

Access to abortion care is a fundamental human right.

We should de-fang and neutralize the penalties for NH's 24 week abortion ban. This law is an affront to freedom and we should not be penalizing people for performing or receiving health care.

It's a fine line between windows and art.

This case is so insane and sets a awful precedent - I cannot believe that is legal for a federal judge to appoint a private law firm to prosecute an attorney when that law firm also represented Chevron. I had no idea the judges even had the power to appoint prosecutors who were private attorneys after Federal prosecutors declined. It is so clearly intended to intimidate and punish environmental activists and those that represent them. 🍃
