Today was a great educational day for 7 of our staff! Servsafe instructor came to us at our location for a class. Adam, with Expo Food Safety, was our instructor today and was fabulous. We all learned something new!! All 7 staff members passed the test but the most important thing is each learned something new today. Thanks again, Adam, for a job well done. If you’re a restaurant owner Expo Food Safety will come to your place to teach a class for just your staff. I can’t say enough about our opportunity to learn today. I’m proud of our staff for their willingness to take their time to attend today’s class. Here’s one of the 7 as she learned she had passed the class!!

After the storm on Thursday night so many of these guys and gals worked all night Thursday night and never went home until late Friday afternoon.
