As of September 1st, 2023 (9/1/2023), The Body Lab LLC, will be implementing the following:
NO SHOW Fee:
$75 per stretch session
$75 per mobility session
$85 per stretch & mobility session
MEMBERSHIP No Show Fee:
As a monthly membership client, you will LOSE a session.
i.e. a membership equals 4 sessions a month. If you no show a scheduled session, you will be charged that visit as a completed session.
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel/reschedule your session, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule.
Cancelling day of will be charged a booking fee of 1/2 the session total.
$75 = $37.50
$85 = $42.50
Membership holders will need to reschedule for a day in the current week.
Emergencies are inevitable and will be handled on a case by case.
New clients will be required to leave a credit/debit card on file at booking.
Memberships will automatically be charged every month to the card on file, on the day you signed.
i.e. I signed 9/1/2023, my card will be charged every month thereafter on the 1st.
Memberships will require a 30 day signed notice of cancellation to cancel any membership with The Body Lab.

One of the first things I do when someone asks why they're conditioning isn't improving is look at their lifestyle factors.
How many hours of sleep are they getting?
What sort of meal plan are they following?
Do they work long hours and/or have a lot of stress?
Most of the time, people's fitness results are more limited by their ability to recovery and adapt to the stress of training than by the workouts themselves.
Your body has a limited amount of energy it can produce, so it makes choices about where to spend it.
Your brain will always default to survival over improving body comp and performance.
So, if you're consistently putting in the effort but not seeing the results, don't just try to train harder. Look at what you're doing in the hours you're NOT training.
