I challenge you to find a more patriotic group of ladies than those in the Cadron Post Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. We love hosting them at The Max Event Venue and appreciate what they are doing for our community, our country and the veterans who have served us so well.

What a wonderful tribute to Jimmy Buffett last night. I loved meeting so many new people and hanging out with everyone.

A shout out to Bart at ‘Ol Bart Southern eats for donating the use of his frozen margarita machine. It made the party authentic!

This is a spur of the moment event to celebrate the life of Jimmy Buffett. It is for those who want to gather together for a special, memorable night to celebrate the music and life of Jimmy Buffett.

Here are the answers to the questions we've had:
- We'll start at 5 o'clock and end at at 5 o'clock, which means we will end when the party is over because it is always 5 o'clock somewhere.
- We will have FREE margaritas, Jimmy Buffett music and memories.
- There will be some food, not sure what yet but it could be snacks and it could be more.
- You can bring your own beverages if you'd like something besides margaritas. Check them in at the bar and when you need another, the bartender will provide it for you.
- Yes, we will have Jimmy Buffett karaoke with the amazing karaoke functionality of The Max. This will start about 6:30 or 7:00.
- Come for a quick toast to Jimmy or come and stay a long time.
- Yes, kids are welcome, if they want to listen to Jimmy Buffett music and see his life in pictures on the screens.
- This is the only Jimmy Buffett tribute I'm aware of in Central Arkansas so if you want to celebrate his life and remember his music, this evening is for you.
- If you haven't been to The Max Event Venue, come see what you are missing.

The Max Event Venue is a dream come true for Lynn and I on so many levels. One of them is providing a place where teenagers can get dressed up and celebrate together in a nice place. Sweet sixteen is a big day and deserves a big celebration!

A little over a year ago, before Scarlett was born, her Mom celebrated her coming in a baby shower at The Max. We are happy to have them back and to meet her at her first birthday. Happy birthday Scarlett.

We had arts in the house last night … again. We are so fortunate to be a place where artistic people come to be creative and celebrate.

We love the arts and are proud to host the Conway Alliance for the Arts awards banquet tonight.

Arkansas Shakespeare Theater brought our venue to life and showed its potential for the performing arts!! We can’t wait to have you back.

Why did you hang a barber pole in your venue? Yes, we finally got it hung!!

Glad you asked, this building was where Max Henry impacted people every day as a barber in Conway for 57 years and this is his refurbished barber pole.

We are remembering and extending his legacy through impactful events at The Max.

U Storage celebrated their company (family) holiday party tonight at The Max. Wow. Just when you think they are in the storage business you learn they are in the people business. I am blessed to have been a (working) part of their celebration.

Conway Symphony Orchestra board Christmas party. What an amazing group of people who love music and the arts and are making a difference in our community!! Happy holidays!!

We remembered Max at The Max today and it was beautiful. When you impact as many people in your life as he did, you are not forgotten over time. I learned that people are STILL looking for a barber to cut their hair and people are happy to see Max’s legacy live on at The Max Event Venue.

The room is empty and the stage is set. But there is a rumor, that a 1920 style gangster murder mystery is about to unfold here tonight.

Conway, Arkansas is a wonderful place to live. Our Chamber of Commerce was a National Chamber of the Year winner this year. This is partly because we have such a vibrant and friendly downtown. The Max Event Venue had the opportunity to host the Conway Downtown Partnership board’s holiday mixer tonight. These people rally around their slogan, “Your Place is Here” and work hard to exceed everyone’s expectations on what downtown Conway can be for our community. What an honor to host this event for the people who are delivering ”quality of place” for people who live in Conway.

Last Conway Art Walk of 2022 tonight - bundle up, it’s going to be seasonably cold. BUT, the after party at The Max will be toasty, with great bluegrass music and chips and various dips compliments of Tacos 4 life. Doors open at 7:30 and music starts at 8. Come enjoy an evening at The Max.

What an honor to host the Chamber’s Women in Business Awards private reception at The Max tonight. It’s overwhelming to hear the things they have done, are doing and the impact they are having on so many people.
