This customer was very lucky! Had no hot water and this unit was in the garage behind a door. I noticed smoke damage around the framing and turns out this electric water heater had enough. We did change out the whole unit as well as adding a smoke and carbon monoxide detector near the door.

Customer stated multiple companies came out, cleared the clog from the vent and a pulled toilet. They had requested that a clean out would help, but failed to ever come back. Unfortunately they couldn’t find the main line. With the proper camera and locator we were very fortunate to locate the main near the inground pool away from all the areas pre dug from other contractors. Now we have added an outside clean out two way to access into the home and toward the street. Very convenient for the home owners and less stressful for the company to come out and snake from the clean out to clear a clog other than access on the roof or pulling a toilet.

This customer who was a local contractor remolding a home. Was days away from having the house completed and the main line backed up. We tried snaking the main line and couldn’t get past one point. We continued and found that our snake had came out of the ground. Dig around and found that the main line wasn’t connected. With a little more time and inspection, we also found that a utility company that installed the storm drains had also broken out a section of their line. We were able to get the other company and the town to help replace this at no cost to the customer.

Water damage is never fun, customer had some issues with a high water bill from a non stop bad stem on a three handle tub. Easily replaced all stems due to one being defective. Why replace one bad, when the next two can easily give way next. So with the non stop running on the hot side, a contractor noticed some bad piping at the tub. We came in and easily fixed and replaced the somewhat pieced together cast ptrap to plastic and than galvanized.

Having bad water and flooding issues from nature, this customer wanted to go with a Halo 5. We added a stand and hurricane straps to keep the unit safe and sturdy. All the water lines are insulated even the discharge. Customers water main was easily accessible and we provided a bypass in the setup. Now this family can enjoy the quality and taste of great water!

Simple and affordable way to add a spigot off your outside shower. This provided the customer not having to cut open the wall to provide access to the hot water line and than drill a hole through the siding. Little industrial look for a simple solution. Some will hate and some will love it. And this customer loves it!

Went to look a customers home where another a contractor did some work and left. Customer stated he was doing a lot of banging and left. Customer than used the toilet and it started flushing into the kitchen. If you look closely the 4” cast wye is now broken and unstable.
