Some days you just can’t catch a break, stuck then get a call one of our trucks was in an accident, hit by a semi in rear, start walking out and phone dies. Guys are sore but ok, truck, trailer and mule not so much.

News of James Jones passing makes this Thanksgiving different, really makes you think and be thankful for friends, memories and all the ones near and dear. James was one of the original Hog slayers and loved every form of the outdoors, rest easy brother. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. Want to scream congratulations to Russell Holloway aka BB on the harvest of a buck he has been after for two years, his hard hunting and hard work paid off. I had this buck at 10 or 12 yards directly behind me opening weekend, sent Bb a text asking how upset he would be if I help him with the harvest, not going to put his reply, thank god he didn’t come by me, instead after several minutes he turned and walked away.

Well Miss Monica’s deer is the best one taken opening week. Videos to follow in next post. Thanks to Cody Fosbrink for bringing out the big dog, shot was a little high but done the job. I may or may not have promised her her daddy would take her to see a mouse in Florida. Congratulations big girl.

Not a bad opening day in Kentucky. Pat DeCastro Kyle Harmon Dakota Bond Chris Bond harvested and Earl got a doe and going back in the AM to track another good velvet buck he arrowed.

First morning in Kentucky and this guy was looking for us, to bad BB aka Russell Holloway had to premp and try to get pretty this morning, it didn’t work, just FYI
