How many are interested in online painting with me. Acrylics and oils. I finally purchased some water colors but still in training with them myself.

As soon as the temp is about 75 I will be liquidating original paintings to make room for renovations

As soon as the weather cools down bit we will hold an inventory reduction sale at the gallery. Masks will be required and limited numbers of people will be admitted each hour. Great, low prices on prints and original art.

Today I opened the gallery, had live music and many new, good friends who visited. The sun visited with us all afternoon too which was great after weeks of almost continual rain. Hope you all stop by for a visit, some laughs and chats soon.

It's only January 10, 2021. The US WH was attacked by it's citizens four days back. Hundreds if not thousands of Americans are likely to be arrested. So far this year, 5 Covid-19 funerals and one hit and run auto death in the family. Everyday I pray all day while my family members go off to their hands on jobs where each contact is a possible Covid exposure. Lord have Mercy on Us. A happy side is that we will have a new president of the USA in 10 days with hopes of settling this nation back into health and prosperity. Art, it's happening, just slowly. I will upload new when I complete one. I want to sound encouraging, so I say to all, love one another and try to be peaceful.

Have a safe Holiday season. Wear that mask so that we can all see each other in 2021, please.

My statistics class just started. As soon as I get this software working correctly I'll be seen in public again!

Today I spent a few hours in the gallery. Always feels good to sit there and paint, dream, meet new friends who stop by to visit. Wil be there tomorrow is it is not raining.

2019 and the gallery is still up and going! Yippee! I will upload new works soon, it is hard to know when one is finished. My mentor, Gene Hatfield, used to take my brush away and say leave it alone! I would sneak back and do touch up later and he would be livid. I do miss him.

Howdy everyone. It's cold outside, romance and hot toddy weather! I have just returned from The Big Island of Hawaii where I had a marvelous week of relaxation and listening and talking. Next I had a few days touring art galleries in Los Angeles where I was offered two shows but I was still lacking something. Then, when I flagged a taxi down to ride to the air port to return home the driver and I began quizzing each other about our roots. He was from the far east, here over three decades. I mentioned my art, at a stop light he showed me some paintings on his lap top, they are so full of life and light that I was in awe! As soon as I can arrange to bring him to you, local community, I will bring him, his story, a fantastic tale of how he arrived on our shores and his fabulous paintings! U cannot help but love his life's work!

Small business Saturday was enhanced by the lighting of the Xmas tree and carnival rides downtown Conway, it was a cold evening, but the lights from the farris wheel, the smell of funnel cakes warmed the air, and children's laughter rang out in glee.

I am working on new pieces that will be online in about a month to six weeks. Thank you all for checking back and especially all who own original works and prints.
