Meet Avery Rodriguez, our User Interface (UI) Developer at TriTechne! 💻✨

Avery's role at TriTechne focuses on front-end technologies, concentrating on the visual and interactive aspects of software applications and websites. "Traditionally, UI development works primarily in front-end technologies and focuses on the visual and interactive aspects of software applications and websites interactive aspects of software application websites, but I've been able to work on a variety of applications since starting at TriTechne," he explains.

Avery brings a diverse professional background in web development, marketing, and non-profit work, which has honed his technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Joining the telecom industry was a strategic choice for Avery. "I wanted to join the telecom industry because I felt it was a great opportunity to grow in my skillset and learn more about new technologies," he shares.

Meet Hunter Crockett, our GIS Analyst 📊 Hunter's role has several components: manipulating GIS data for our designers and senior management, acquiring new GIS data, and maintaining the GIS database.

"GIS data is essentially spreadsheets tied to latitude and longitude, and from that, we perform analysis to make informed decisions," he explains.

Hunter's journey to TriTechne started with a double major in Geography and Public Administration from UCA. Initially aiming for a career in urban planning, he found his passion in GIS. Before joining our team, Hunter has worked as a Geospatial Analyst in the defense industry and as a GIS Technician before that!

"I find it [the telecommunications industry] more interesting by the day, and I genuinely enjoy learning more about it and developing new GIS techniques," Hunter shares. He also credits his interest partly to his mom, who worked for AT&T for many years before retiring.

Alex is at the forefront of managing projects for several of our clients, serving as the face of our company and fostering strong relationships. His goal is to solve clients' problems, deliver desirable outcomes, and provide first-class service.

Alex began his career with TriTechne right after college, stepping into a construction management role despite having no prior telecom experience. He quickly fell in love with the hands-on aspect of the industry and the practicality of the construction projects.

After a few years away, Alex felt a strong desire to return to the industry he loves. When the opportunity for a project management role at TriTechne arose, he jumped on it. He is excited to lead team members, build relationships with clients, and take on a pivotal role in our growing company.
