Sparkle is a native of Houston and a huge fan of retail therapy. Rhea Lana's has given her the ability to provide her five children with high-quality essentials and is a respite from the daily challenges of life. With the support of her fiance, she embarked on paving a new avenue for success through the Rhea Lana's franchise. Sparkle prides herself on working in an environment of trust and integrity and strives to create growth within the community through Rhea Lana's of West Houston-Memorial.

Sha'Tia has lived in Texas for 27 years and in the Houston area for 14 years. She resides in the Houston area with her husband and two young children. Sha'Tia embodies the mission of Rhea Lana to be able to provide high-quality clothes, shoes, and baby items to her family at an affordable price. Rhea Lana's has changed the way she purchases high-quality items for her children to provide more money for trips, speech and occupational therapy, swimming classes and any other needs her children may have.

The ladies said, "Together, we're nurturing a movement that celebrates the beauty of parenthood and the magic of childhood. Join us on this journey, and together, we will make Houston a stronger community."

✨Melissa is a Cincinnati native who briefly lived in Florida for a few years but is now back raising a family in West Chester. She is a stay-at-home mom of two kids, a son age 5 and a daughter age 2. She has been married to her husband Nick for almost 9 years. She has previously worked for Rhea Lana’s of North Cincinnati as a VIP Processor and most recently an Operations Manager. She has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Cincinnati and has a strong retail background as she previously worked for Kroger for 11 years.

✨Kayla is also a Cincinnati native who now lives in Fairfield with her 7 year old daughter and her other half of 5 years, Alex. She has been heavily involved with the Rhea Lana’s of North Cincinnati franchise over the past 7 years as a VIP Manager and Operations Manager. She has her paralegal degree from the University of Cincinnati but currently runs her own AirBnB management business as well as being a Travel Agent.

Michele, a retired mama of three children and grandmother to 10 precious grandbabies, brings a wealth of experience from her work with other Rhea Lana’s franchises since 2013. When her daughter relocated to the St. Augustine area, Michele and her husband followed suit to be closer to her and three of their beloved granddaughters. Upon discovering the absence of a local Rhea Lana’s, Michele seized the opportunity to open her own franchise.

Mandy, a devoted mother of three and happily married to her high school sweetheart for 23 years, has been a loyal shopper at Rhea Lana’s for years. She relied on Rhea Lana’s to outfit her children with upscale clothing until they grew older. When her friend Michele floated the idea of opening a franchise in Florida, Mandy eagerly jumped on board to extend the same delightful shopping experience to other mothers.
