Happy 10th birthday to my baby boy, Karter J!! He's such a well rounded, intelligent, respectful, strong, clever and handsome guy! He's the only child who tells me that he's going to always take care of me. Such a kind heart!!! 😘🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Good morning and happy Thursday to all! One of my sons helped me pick a few blueberries and strawberries before he went to school this morning. I took a few pictures of things in the garden. Not such great photos because my phone was low but, I share anyway! Have an awesome day no matter what😊🌺

I found these watermelon seeds that I kept outside in my gardening table cabinet and forgot about them. Not all of them survived but, 12 of them did! Now I have to figure out where to plant them!

I've had the most fun laughing, reminiscing and smiling for the last two days! My niece kept telling me that it was definitely me in the Freaknik documentary so I pulled old photos out to prove her wrong. Lord the tears😂🤣😭
We came across a billion photos of her mama, Mia, during Freaknik and not one of me. Woohoo, what a time! Anyway, she came to see Kamia perform in her school play tonight, so I got to hang with her again. Family is priceless! Love, laughter, kindness and happiness is everything. Just sharing because it all makes me smile!

I love all of my babies! I'm going to take them all back outside since the temperature is fair and it's supposed to rain tomorrow!

The freezing temperatures from last week killed most of the garden goods. I covered these tomatoes with blankets and they survived. The leaves were busted, but the tomatoes are fine!! Since it'll be 80 degrees for a couple of days this week I'll watch them close, but allow them to keep growing!!

I had to cut the Angel Trumpets down due to the recent freezing temperatures. Thank God that they'll grow back next year!!

I brought some of my potted plants inside last week during the freezing temperatures. This beautiful hibiscus makes me smile every time I walk by it!!

Honey Dew is just now coming through. Watermelons are confused too! The marigolds are out of control!!

The garden is still producing! I have lettuce, cabbage, collards, broccoli, Swiss Chard and spinach waiting to be planted. I better hurry up!

I made some okra and tomatoes Sunday. So good!!
