Walk out Kidney Disease by pledging your shoe size
In honor of Kidney Disease Awareness Month, The Heart of Zion Foundation, Inc will be kicking off our “Walk Out Kidney Disease” Campaign.
It is easy to participate all you need to pledge your shoe size and that is the amount you donate. Please help us to continue helping children with kidney disease or kidney transplant.

We are honored to present our 2023 Tyler Lee’Nelson-Mason Scholarship recipient Belle Helton🎉. Belle is a 2023 graduate from Praise Christian Academy in Powder Springs, GA.
Just a few things about Belle💚
1. Belle received her kidney transplant on 2/24/2012
1. Children's Miracle Network Hospital voted Belle to represent the state of Georgia as an Ambassador.
2. Belle has been blessed to travel the country raising money for Children Healthcare of Atlanta(CHOA) and bring awareness to pediatric kidney disease and organ donation.
3 Belle speaks at local colleges sharing her miraculous story.
4. Belle plans to pursue a degree in Business at Georgia Highlands College.
