We will be having Parents Night Out this evening, August 25, 2023, from 6:00-10:00! There will be pizza and sprite for dinner! Ages 5 and up!
Unfortunately there will be no swimming, as the pool has been closed down for the season but that does not mean that we won't have a blast! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! We hope to see you there.

She simply told Michael, "get in the gym and work harder."

Now he's the greatest basketball player of all time. 🐐

Imagine what kids, and the world, would become if more parents were like Deloris Jordan, rather than making excuses and complaining under the guise of "just being their kid's advocate."

Attention Rockdale Gymnastics Family & Friends:

On behalf of Rockdale Gymnastics I would like to thank all customer past, present & future. As our country navigates through these pandemic times, it is our mission to stay safe while remaining active at Rockdale Gymnastics. We ask that all parents adhere to these new rules to help ensure that we provide a SAFE SPACE for all of our patrons as well as our coaches and front desk staff.

All participants & spectators must enter through the front door for temperature checks & hand sanitizing.

If a participant is sick or not feeling well in any way, we ask that they stay home.

We ask that everyone wear a mask upon entering the building.

We also ask everyone to practice social distancing and remain 6ft apart as best a possible

Participants age 5 & under are only allowed one adult spectator during their classes times. (Thankfully, many of our young participants are familiar with our coaches enough for mom or dad to have a little me time. If that is not your child, please by all means join us for class.)

Participants over the age of 5 may have a parent come to the front to check your child in but we ask that you wait in the car.

Please note that classes are only 50 minutes longs so we ask that you meet your child back at the front lobby for pick up after class.

Please do not bring additional siblings, family members or friends to class. If you have no choice but to bring them with you, please wait outside with them. Our lobby area can easily get overcrowded and our front desk staff will clear it if necessary.

Again, thank you so much for your cooperation. We truly, truly appreciate your business and realize that without your patronage we would not have a business.
