We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit cultural organization established in Conyers GA. We also promote awareness in the community of the strengths that Latino bring.

Unidos Latino Association educates and equips Rockdale and Newton County's Latino youth and adults with resources, knowledge, skills, and support to enable them to be thriving members of the community.

Polls are open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Important local positions such as Mayor and City Council seats are being voted on, as well as school tax issues, depending on your location. MAKE SURE YOUR ID IS READY.

Have your ID ready: In the State of Georgia, to vote you must have one of the following ID ready to present to the Election Worker before you vote:

* Any valid state or federal government issued photo ID, including a free ID Card issued by your county registrar's office or the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS)
* A Georgia Driver's License, even if expired
* Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of this state
* Valid U.S. passport ID
* Valid U.S. military photo ID
* Valid tribal photo ID
* Voter Identification card

If naturalized and pending, please also take your naturalization documents.

VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE OCTOBER 10

Georgia citizens have several convenient methods of registering to vote:

Download and complete a Voter Registration Application (PDF).
If you have a valid driver's license or identification card issued by the Georgia Department of Driver Services, you may use the State of Georgia's Online Voter Registration System.
“Motor Voter” registration is available when you renew or apply for a Georgia driver’s license through the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
Voter registration applications are available at the county elections office, public libraries, city halls, public assistance offices, and recruitment offices.

One of the advantages of becoming a US citizen is that you now have checked off one of the requirements for being eligible to vote.

To register to vote, you must:
- Be a citizen of the United States
- Be a legal resident of the county
- Be at least 17 1/2 years of age to register and 18 years of age to vote
- Not be serving a sentence for conviction of a felony involving moral turpitude
- Have not been found mentally incompetent by a judge
