This , we're giving you an oldie but a goodie! Fifteen years ago, we helped create interior signage for the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. They wanted a high-quality product that would last, so we made signs using thermal compression. Using thermal compression, we were able to not only create signs that last but also create signs that could show the small details of the Arabic language.

Identity Group is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment delivering exciting sign projects to major hospitality and custom brand clients nationwide. The Project Manager is a key part of this service, responsible for overseeing and monitoring all
aspects of signage packages from the concept stage through installation.
This position requires the management of multiple projects simultaneously through concept creation, design, wayfinding, estimation, processing, manufacturing, and installation. Will interact closely with Sales personnel and customers, including General Contractors, Designers, Architect firms, Sign Consultants, and other Sign Manufacturers.
Project Managers also support and work with (and in some cases, the direct flow of work as needed) Sales Support teams, the Sales teams, and the
Manufacturing/Operations teams. Represent the Company through verbal and electronic communication in a professional, timely manner. Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This is a vital role in our Company growth initiative, and the candidate must possess outstanding communication skills as well as be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Essential Functions:
• Review contracts and bids for job requirements, help define the Scope of Work and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Facilitate quoting and production of Signage with the client and drive both the client and the internal team to meet time table for production and installation.
• Coordinate sign packages with Design, Wayfinding, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Third-Party Vendors throughout the project.
• Follow-up with project stakeholders as needed to move projects forward promptly.
• Communicate with the client throughout the project to assist with clear expectations and visibility.
• Ensure the latest art drawings are per the customer’s specifications; all necessary paperwork is completed and authorized by the customer.
• Assist in assigned Brand Management of Sign Package Specifications.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints and issues and escalate as needed.
• Build knowledge with all Identity Group websites and products.

Education and Experience:

graphics software to prepare files for signs production. They interact with Project Managers to prepare files as

customers occurs frequently. Extended hours and weekend work occur regularly, and are mandatory in the event
the production schedule requires it.

• Reads and interprets work orders and technical drawings.
• Performs Pre-flight and Production Art Creation for both Print and Fabrication Sign Manufacturing.

brand clients as well as office products nationwide. The Engineering Services Manager is responsible for managing personnel to provide support services for all technical areas at the Cookeville Campus. Those services include Manufacturing & Industrial
Engineering, Product Engineering, Development & Design of product and processes, and Production & Facilities Maintenance. In addition to management, the position provides Engineering assistance directly to production, customers, estimators, and offsite campuses.
Essential Functions:
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure adequate engineering discipline is exercised in the equipment and process development. This could include FMEA’s, capability studies, process flowcharts, scrap reduction, improvement in productivity, etc.
• Ensure manufacturing equipment and tooling is available to run production as required.
• Develop, implement, and maintain equipment standards and engineering standards.
• Checks that the assembly and production processes adhere to standards and procedures.
• Increase plant capacity by improved process and equipment reliability through continual improvement.
