With over a decade of experience helping dealers merchandise their inventory, AutoUpLinkUSA of Tennessee is dedicated to maximizing the impact of our customers' inventory advertising online. We are now looking for an Automotive Inventory Photographer. The happiness of those we serve is dependent on the happiness of our associates, so you’ll receive competitive compensation and a benefits package with additional perks designed to make you smile.

The position we are looking to fill could service dealers anywhere in the Columbia TN Area or other towns nearby.

Automotive Inventory Photographer Benefits:

Full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, and Aflac
Will train employees on how to inventory cars and take quality pictures and video (no experience necessary, but a plus)
Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate and/or commission and expenses
If employee finishes early in a day, they still get paid for the full day.
Paid Time Off plus paid holidays
All equipment required to perform job provided by company
Automotive Inventory Photographer Responsibilities:

Stage and shoot photos and videos of automobiles on the lot.
Upload photographs and videos to showcase vehicle inventory.
Collect vehicle information such as options, mileage, color.
Communicate with management regarding vehicles not available to shoot.
Document and keep track of inventory ready for retail.
Update and manage photography equipment.
Provide a high level of attention to detail.
Automotive Inventory Photographer Qualifications:

Auto dealership experience a plus, but not necessary.
Photography experience a plus, but not necessary.
Dependable, motivated, good customer service skills.
Must provide your own dependable transportation.
Must have a flexible schedule (this is not a typical 9-5).
Must be able to pass a drug test.

I’m once again interviewing for Full Outside Data/Automotive Photography Field Agents. This position will be full-time. A background in some kind of route sales/route delivery, photography or customer relations is a plus, but not necessary. A background in Photography is also a plus. Reliable transportation to service established routes is required. Data Agents must be career minded individuals. This can be a fast-paced job with lots to learn. Your teachers will be one of the BEST in the industry…me and my team. Candidates MUST be able to work independently and outdoors to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
As an Automotive Data Agent, you will visit established dealerships daily and process vehicle information for new and used vehicles as well as capturing the photography and/or video for each vehicle. You will also be required to maintain dealer inventory via the AutoUpLinkTech administration site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit client dealership locations daily to perform contracted services for customers
- Photograph vehicles at client sites using a company-provided camera, tablet, and equipment
- Capture a brief “walk-around” video of vehicles as needed
- Capture 360-degree spins of vehicles as needed
- Print window labels (i.e. window stickers and Buyer’s Guides) as needed and apply them to vehicles using a printer provided by the company
- Interact with dealership personnel during visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Synchronize (i.e. upload) photos or video clips to company’s cloud environment using company software
- Communicate with your supervisor in person, by phone, text, chat, and email regularly about work performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
The successful candidates must exhibit the following:
* Experience (Not a Pro) with digital cameras and with indoor and outdoor photography
*Stout communication, proactive problem-solving skills
*Willingness and ability to work outdoors (in all weather conditions)
*Attention to detail / precision
*Ability to work independently
*Possess an enthusiastic, customer-focused personality
*Basic computer skills and working knowledge of the internet
*Drive a manual transmission and proficiently move vehicles on a dealer lot
*Must show up to work ON TIME!
The successful candidate MUST have a valid clean driver’s and have a good driving history.
Dealership, Automotive, Photography or Route Experience not necessary, but a plus.
