Try our Sassy Scotty Mummy Poppers! 🌶️ These jalapeño poppers are stuffed with our zesty Sassy Scotty chicken salad and wrapped in crescent roll strips for a fun mummy makeover. A little spicy, a lot delicious, and sure to disappear in no time! 👻
Ingredients
🎃 Large Quick Chick of Sassy Scotty
🎃 10 jalapeños, halved
🎃 1 (8 oz) can crescent rolls
🎃 40 sliced olives
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. Spoon Sassy Scotty into the jalapeño halves.
4. Unroll the crescent rolls. Push together 2 triangles, sealing them at the perforations. This will create 4 rectangles. Slice each rectangle lengthwise into 10 strips, making 40 total strips.
5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with 2 crescent dough strips to resemble bandages.
6. Place the wrapped peppers on a baking sheet, cut side up. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Once they’re done, remove from the oven and add 2 olive slices to each mummy for eyes. Serve warm!

Spice up your appetizer game with Kickin' Egg Rolls, featuring the bold flavors of Kickin' Kay Lynne!
Ingredients
1 Large Quick Chick of Kickin’ Kay Lynne
3 cups coleslaw mix
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Egg roll wrappers, thawed
1 egg, beaten
Canola oil for frying
For the Dressing
½ cup ranch dressing
3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Steps
1. Combine coleslaw mix, Kickin’ Kay Lynne, and green onions in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the Kickin’ Kay Lynne mixture onto bottom third of the wrapper. Lift the point of the wrapper over the filling. Brush the remaining edges with the egg. Fold the left and right corners in toward the center and continue to roll into a tight cylinder.
3. Set aside and repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat ½ inch oil until it reaches 350º. Working in batches, add the egg rolls and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
5. In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing, blue cheese, and fresh dill.

Pick out your favorite chicken salad, pimento cheese, or egg salad, get your favorite bread (we chose white bread and pumpernickel!), and use a cute cookie cutter to make decorative little sandwiches! These make a great lunch for the kids and are a fun option for entertaining.
🌿 Lauryn's Bruschetta Crostini
Slice a French baguette into slices, drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375º for 5-7 minutes. Dice cherry tomatoes and green onion, combine in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and a touch of salt. Top baguette slices with Lauryn's Lemon Basil chicken salad and top with tomato mixture. Drizzle each slice with balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
