Once again I come to you after being unfaithful to my goal of posting more. We’ve been photographing some precious weddings and this fall, family and senior sessions are sprinkled in too. We love what we do, but we have been slacking hard core on the posts that actually show recent work. So…here’s a darling couple from August 🤍

Jacqueline and Mason's winery wedding was absolutely beautiful. We had such fun with these two. We'll share some lovely details and portraits here, but when we get the blog post up, just know that will be where the FUN moments will be shared.

(Side note: wedding photography has been a highly curated thing lately, and with AI coming in, so many photographers will show up as "perfect"...but we fully believe that photographers who capture and preserve REAL moments are to be sought after. Not just those perfectly curated styled photos. Those who anticipate the moments, who are in the middle of it, and who keep shooting through the posed shots. I realize we play into this by sharing the "pretty" before the "real" but just know the real is very much there and we love some of this wedding's candids).

Gosh we love engagement sessions. This couple was SO MUCH FUN and the weather couldn’t have been better. I know we say this a lot, but we really cannot wait for their wedding! Jacqueline and Mason, thank you for trusting us to get such beautiful images of you darlings!!!

We’re loving these previews and so eager to see more of Abby’s creativity from our session. It’s been far too long since we had updated photos for the business, and of course it’s hard to choose from talented photographers. We developed a small plan for our vision, and Abby Weeden Photography & Design ran with the rest, making our vision actually come to life. We’re so thankful to her as a friend and colleague, and we felt so comfortable in front of the camera, which is a huge feat. Thank you Abby!!

We don’t share much of our family/portrait work, but we do take a limited amount of family sessions a year. First dibs go to past clients, but we take new clients as well. We don’t share our faces on here much, so we want to say hello! We are Lindsay and Brandon (and Bella), and we’ve been photographing weddings since 2007. Our passion for beautifully documenting stories and serving our couples stems from our own wedding experience. And now with a little one of our own, we realize just how special all of those memories are. I (Lindsay) tend to shy away from the lens, preferring to stay behind the camera and more in control 😂 but my love for my daughter forces me to step in front, to be captured in whatever size jeans and despite the tired eyes because I want Bella to have those photos when she grows up. But with our own insecurities, brandon and I always take into account those of our couples, and so we are always just as excited to share a gallery, knowing our couples will love their beautifully crafted images that showcase their love, their day, their families and friends, in the best possible light. What we do is such an honor. We loved our time with Emmaline and Asa, their families and their vendors. The wonderful Lane's Bend venue was perfect on this late fall day, we loved teaming up with Nash Films, and Grade A provided lots of delicious food to keep everyone warm.
