UPDATE: SHE HAS BEEN CLAIMED
Alright ladies and gents, this beautiful little gal needs a new home. Either on your farm or in your freezer, I don't care which, but she will be leaving this farm. She is approximately 300 pounds on hoof.
Update: hog is sold!
We have a hog for sale that was taken to the butcher shop (Staley Countryside Meat Company) on Wednesday. Would anyone be interested in this whole hog? The carcass weighs 190 and the cuts can be customized if purchased by Friday. Comment on here or send us a message.
Check out our friends down at Joppa Acres for your produce needs this year!
Don’t forget to come see us this morning 8-11 for our last open day until October! You don’t want to miss these sales.
Tomorrow, June 29, 8am-11am, will be our last open day until October…

Due to a lack of customers at our farm store front, we have decided to close for the rest of the summer and will have a seasonal store front open October- January for the future years.
Due to the heat and no a/c in the store, we will be closing at 11 today.
Due to our boys having baseball tournaments this week, we will be closed until next Saturday, June 22.

We are open until 7 on Wednesdays. Come see us!
Come see us today, Wednesday, 4-7. Get those last minute teacher thank you gifts! You know they deserve something for teaching your children all year long!

Many of you know my kids always come first and we have baseball tonight!
Wednesday hours are 4-7… come see us on this beautiful evening!
We are here until 12 today. There are lots of dips and jams/ jellies to try. We also have farm fresh goat milk to try.
As promised, we have our Free Sample Day this Saturday, April 20. Stop by to meet a few of the makers in the store as well as enjoy trying some samples of jams, jellies, dips and spreads as well as taking home a sample soap.
Are you looking to add to your flock but you want to start with the cute little chicks so you can handle them all you want? Let me know how many you would like. We have barnyard mix eggs in the incubator currently. Rooster is an Easter Egger. Hens are barred rock, black australorp, Rhode Island Red, and Isa Brown.
As this crazy wind blows in, we are open 4-7… blow right on into the store😉
As much as we hate to do this… we are flooded again and it looks like there is no chance of it being gone tomorrow. As of now, our free sample day is postponed until next Saturday, April 20.
As always thank you for your support and we hope to see you soon!
Any of our local farms or individuals need egg cartons? We have been given many of these but we are switching to using only cardboard cartons. If you are in need of some, I will have them at the store tomorrow, Wednesday, from 4-7, as well as Saturday 9-12 during our free sample day!
Our painting class for April 27th has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will be working to reschedule the class or two.
Many of you know that I am all for helping my community in whatever way possible but this is a friendly reminder that our blessing box that is by our store is to be used as a blessing box for MANY! Please take what you NEED but also leave some for someone else. I completely filled the box with 10 boxes of pasta, 2 jars of sauce, and 16 cans of food at 1:30 today and by 8:30 tonight it was all completely gone. That’s 7 hours and every single thing was taken. I will not be stocking it again this week.
Also to the person who took every seed packet that was in there, I hope that you plant every one of them or at least share them. There were over 40 seed packets to be shared with multiple people to help everyone grow something to bring some joy.
Again, I will do what I can to help but I don’t like being taken advantage of. Thanks for your understanding!
This Saturday, April 13, from 9-12 we will have a sample day with samples from Gran’s Jelly and Jams as well as Maxed Out Flavorings!
Due to flooding, we will be closed today, Saturday April 6
We will be closed tonight due to high water. Like always, if there is something you need from me, send me a message and I will get with you.
