Isabelle created this gorgeous transformation with a full highlight and blending at the root. She really focused on saturating in that mid section where there was a dark band and topped it off with a root smudge matched her natural. To finding she toned her ends with just 0N and light ash and light intense. This was just the first session and she knocked it out of the park!

Lets talk consultations and why they are so important before a big color appointment. Consultations are always COMPLIMENTARY and are the BREAD🍞 & BUTTER🧈 of any great hair service.

This is where we as stylists really get to dive in and pick at your brains, ask questions and figure out what your ultimate hair GOALS🥅 are. This is where you pull out all of those beautiful pictures from Pinterest that has INSPIRED your VISION 👁 for what you’d like your hair to look like. We will discuss realistic expectations for what your hair type & texture can handle each appointment and how many potential sessions it may take for you to achieve that desired look. Because we all know that you can’t go from black to platinum blonde in one session.😉 The health & integrity of your hair will always be the utmost important.

We will discuss the TIMING ⏱ and how long you can expect to be in the chair on the day of your service. Nowadays a full highlight isn’t just a full highlight and a Balayage isn’t just a Balayage. It is SO important to ensure that there is adequate time allotted for your service to ensure that you get everything that you want & need.

This next part is HUGE reason why consultations are so important. We will discuss MONEY💰 and how much your service will cost. Color services can get pricey with all that goes into these modern day looks. No one likes to be sticker shocked 😳 and a consultation is the only way to get an accurate price quote.

Lastly, we will touch on MAINTENANCE appointments & how to keep up with your new hair! Not every service requires you to be in the salon every 10-12 weeks so, let’s sit down and talk about how frequently you really need to come into the salon.

She went through and foilayaged her whole head and followed up with a full color melt. Here is the formula she used!

Root: demi 7N(40g) + light ash(4g) + light gold(4g) + 10vol crème developer

Ends: demi 7N(20g) + 8N(20g) + light ash(3g) + light gold(3g) + 10 vol crème developer

gloss: beige blonde finish(30g) + ash blonde finish(30g) + 10 vol crème developer

Have you ever gotten in a fight with the color purple? 😈 Emily has been working to get left over purple out of her guest's hair and she is getting so close to winning that battle!

She went in with enlightener and 20 volume and did a full head of teasy lights to lift as much of the purple as she could. Once her strands reached a pale yellow; she toned with Demi 0N and violet/grey for 15 minutes. We can't wait to see how her next appointment turns out.
