Ground has been broken for our new Police Building addition to Copper Canyon Town Hall. The project includes a new facility for the Police Department, new parking for the expanded Town Hall complex and signage. Completion is scheduled for Summer 2024. GPF Architects is proud to be the Architect of Record on this project.

One of our recent projects is redevelopment of a prime corner in Old Town Coppell. The project will include six mixed use buildings in scale with the neighborhood. The buildings will be commercial office and retail on the first floor and residential on the second. GPF is proud to be the Architect of Record on this exciting project.

Starting month 5 of construction on this 6500 footer in Copper Canyon, Texas. Plumbing is roughed in, electrical rough in progress, roofing scheduled to start next week.

Construction will start soon on a new 5-building Live-Work Complex in the 'Old Town' area of Coppell, Texas. Each building will contain 3,000 SF of conditioned area with business use on the first floor and residential use on the second floor. All buildings have a large level 2 covered patio on the rear. 3 buildings have second floor porches over the first floor porch.

GPF recently issued Permit plans for a new Penny Paws Animal Clinic in San Antonio and is currently in the design phase for a new facility in Mesquite, Texas.

GPF Architects just issued Permit Drawings for a new 4-story, 12,000+ SF 5-plex in east Dallas. First floor includes a 2-car garage with Flex Space/Bedroom with Bathroom and closet, stairs. Level 2 is the main Living, Dining and Kitchen space. Level 3 includesthe Master Suite and another bedroom suite. Level 4 includes a cover terrace on the roof.

Construction is nearly complete on our new 4500 SF Animal Clinic in DeSoto, Texas, pending a few extra city new requirements. The clinic features 5 exam rooms, treatment, surgery and kennel facilities and other amenities.

Framing has started on a new 6500 SF 2-story home in Copper Canyon, Texas. The new home is on a 4-acre site and features a front porte cochere, (2) 2-car garages, 4 bedrooms, an F5 tornado shelter inside, large living and entertaining spaces, trophy room, outdoor kitchen, and many other features. Total area under roof is 10,000 SF. This home is for a long time commercial client.
