What is the one thing you want to accomplish this week? What do you dream of, that also scares you?
That one desire is the desire you should go after whole-heartedly. Overcoming your fears + defeating self-doubt is key to reaching all of your goals.

3 REASONS TO FORGET YOUR PHONE MORE OFTEN:
1) You'll feel better when you're less connected
2) Phones take you out of the moment and away from real life.
3) You'll create more connections with each other and the outdoors, which is good for the soul.
What would you add to the list? When was the last time you completely forgot to look at your phone?
It was a Summer of Love!

Real quick…close your eyes and visualize what your life would be like if you let go of fear of criticism. What have you been holding back? How would you feel if you released that and didn’t care about what people think of you? You’d feel SO FREE and limitless, right? The world needs you to be the best version of yourself! And the only thing that matters is how YOU feel, not what others think. What you do makes a difference.
Spread some joy. Write a book, cook a meal, hit the gym – start with yourself and pass your joy on to others. It's clear skies ahead! Make happy the new norm.
I just booked another wedding this year!
It's important to acknowledge our successes, so take a moment to celebrate your achievement today! Share your biggest accomplishment in the comments below so we can congratulate you.
What was your biggest accomplishment in the past year or the past three months?
There is so much going on right now and some days I just want to throw in the towel and settle. BUT I know I'm made for bigger things. I believe I can, so I will! Anyone else feel that way?

Just took a color personality test, turns out I am GREEN (helper/supporter)
You have a GREEN (helper/supporter) personality. You like to improvise and you do not believe in getting tangled up with details. You are imaginative and creative, and you like to come up with innovative solutions to problems. You are good at reading other people's emotions, and you are supportive and loyal. You can be inclined to rest on your laurels, and you do not always challenge others when you should. However, your people skills will make you a popular and valuable colleague.
Sounds about right.
What about you? What color are you?
How tapped into your creativity do you feel?
Honestly, “creativity” is not something I think about much but I know it has helped me tremendously. I’ve learned to go with the flow more and not get too attached to my ideas!! (Not everything we do gets a 5-star rating, am I right?)
Some things I try are complete slackers, and I’m okay with that. When you show up and put yourself out there, you’re going to feel vulnerable and exposed sometimes. It’s all part of it. But even when you fail, you can survive and thrive!
Confidence rules!!
How important is creativity in your life?
Happy Mother's Day!!
Whatever it is that you want to do but keep finding an excuse not to do, now’s your time… Go DO IT!!!! Expect nothing but to learn and grow. Put one foot in front of the other and work for it. YOU GOT THIS!!
Hi everyone! Today, I wanted to share a big "aha" moment I had as a photographer and the valuable lesson I learned from it.
As a photographer, I always strive to capture real moments, emotions, and memories in a unique and timeless way. But there was a moment when I realized that capturing these moments was not just about taking a good picture. It was about being present in the moment, truly seeing and feeling the emotions, and being able to translate that into my images.
For example, when I was shooting a family, I noticed that the the youngest child, a 4 year old, was not feeling it, he kept separating himself from the others and trying to hide. I approached him, talked to him, and asked if I could sit with him. We chatted for a bit, I showed him my camera and how it worked, he asked for his dad and I obliged. Daddy hugged him and listened to what he had to say. After a minute he returned with his dad all smiles and ready for the photos!
This experience taught me that as a photographer, my job is not just to take pictures, but to be a part of the story, to listen, and to preserve the real emotions and memories of each event.
So, there you have it! My big "aha" moment and what I learned from it. I can't wait to bring this passion and dedication to your next event!
Tell me about one of your "aha" moments!
This is one place I'd go back to in a HEARTBEAT. Where would you be right now if you could?
You are exactly where you need to be right now..
Start fresh with a new plan! And keep going! You are unstoppable – not because you don't have failures or doubts but because you keep going and define yourself by who you choose to be today, not by what happened yesterday. Go out and be fearless!
Hi everyone! 📷 As a photographer, I know how challenging it can be to come up with new and creative ideas for your shoots.
That's why today, I want to share some tips and tricks that have helped me out of creative slumps in the past.
First, try changing your perspective. Instead of taking photos from your usual angle, try taking them from a unique point of view.
Climb a tree, lay on the ground, or get up high.
Next, experiment with different lighting techniques. The right lighting can completely change the mood and feel of a photo. Try shooting in low light, backlight, or with a reflector.
Another tip, is to incorporate props. Whether it's a simple flower, a vintage car, or a balloon, props can add an extra layer of creativity to your photos.
Finally, don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Try a new editing style, a new lens, or even a new genre of photography.
Remember, the most important thing is to have fun and let your creativity flow. So next time you hit a creative slump, try out one of these tips and see what happens!

And please....don't try to get out of a bouncy house with your camera. 👇
WOW. Can you believe how fast time flies?
Just last year I was chugging along with my Family Photography and High School Seniors.
Now I’m working on my 3rd wedding! I always said I would never photograph a wedding because it was such an important day to the couple and family...the stress of getting wrong or something going wrong kept me away. All I can say is never say never!
Everything is possible when you put in the work!
What’s changed for you this year?
