This program allows qualified buyers to use 5% or up to $25,000 towards the closing cost of your property.

Originally only 50 occupations qualified but Florida announced they have added over 50 more jobs to be eligible for this program
This ranges from personal trainers to mental health therapist to of course law enforcement
