RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cook, you will be trained at our Coral Gables location in preparing top-quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

▪️ Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
▪️ Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
▪️ Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
▪️ Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests
▪️ Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
▪️ Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
▪️ Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
▪️ Clean up station and take care of leftover food
▪️ Stock inventory appropriately
▪️ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
▪️Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

▪️ Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
▪️ No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
▪️ Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
▪️ Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook preferred
▪️ Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
▪️ Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

This job is an excellent fit if you have experience as a: Cook, Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Back of House Team Member, BOH, Prep, Porter, Food Service...etc.
