INSURANCE AGENTS AND HOMEOWNERS:
BEWARE OF COMPANIES WHO CHARGE $50-75 FOR WINDSTORM MITIGATION, you WILL get what you pay for! PLEASE Do not make the decision to hire another less experienced inspector over a $25-$50 difference in fees. Longevity and Experience in our industry is invaluable. One missed major component can cost you 1,000โs!!
REALTORS: Refer us to your Buyers! We will complete their pre-purchase Comprehensive inspection, and their insurance mitigation inspection(s)!! There is No need to call another company after the Comprehensive inspection to do it! *if there are special circumstances where the buyer is not quite sure they are purchasing the property, and want to opt out of the insurance inspections, we will return for a discounted fee to complete the insurance inspection(s) that are needed.
We are General Contractors, HOWEVER, when we perform a pre-purchase comprehensive inspection, we have absolutely NO INTEREST in the property other than to perform a limited visual inspection for the buyers. We are NOT there to look for work for our own personal gain.
