EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ✨ Caroline is in charge of our make ready department including all of the floor work our techs do on a daily basis. She’s put in the work to learn every job she manages and we’re proud of how far she’s come!

Everyone loves an origin story right? Well, there isn’t one employee in Clean Space that can claim the boss doesn’t know the job.

Matt opened Clean Space in 2011 with his wife Jessica and as she did the books, he cleaned vacant apartments himself. As the business grew and got more contracts he got more help and slowly added housekeeping services. When he wanted to add more services such as carpet and a/c duct cleaning, he first learned to do it himself before hiring help.

12 years later and with hundreds of employees working, Matt is still very much involved in the business. If not out in meetings seeking more business, you can find him in our Coral Springs office usually sipping on an espresso.

Most new hires will get a call from our Human Resources manager, Maria. She leads a great team and handles sensitive matters/documents. Maria works behind the scenes most times but chances are if you work for Clean Space, you’ve spoken to her a time or two!

Did you know this? Diluted bleach can be used to disinfect areas from germs and viruses however it can’t be used to clean. Make sure you use soap and water or another cleaning agent on those surfaces first! 🧼✨😉

Have you been to our office before? If you have, chances are you’ve seen Sandra welcoming you! Sandra has been with Clean Space for many years, she’s our office manager but has had many roles as we’ve grown. We’re so grateful! Do you know Sandra? Give her a shoutout! 👋

Meet the owners! 👋

Matt and Jessica Giunco are a married couple that opened Clean Space in their early 20’s back in 2011. With cleaning experience and a business degree, Matt decided (with the support of his wife of course) to open a commercial cleaning company in south Florida. Jessica had an accounting and bookkeeping background so the two embarked on the adventure together, all from scratch.

Clean Space has added many services since then and now serves all of Florida but continues to be a family owned business with their faith in God at the center of it.
