This gorgeous patient came to us wanting more structure for her lips and more plumping. Nurse Krystal used a combination of Juvederm Volbella and Juvederm Ultra Plus to help create structure around her lip borders while also keeping her lips soft and plump with Volbella. This transformation isn’t done either! We are still working to perfect this pout and have worked to create this masterpiece over several appointments. Perfection takes time! 🧡

What inspired you to become an esthetician? I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry and my own skincare which pushed me to make a career out of it! 💪

What advice would you give someone entering the esthetics industry? Always accept criticism to grow and never stop finding new ways to add to your skill set! 😉

What do you do outside of work? Outside of work I love to read Colleen Hoover books, hang out with my kiddos and be in nature. 📖

How long have you been a nurse/nurse injector? I have been a nurse in total 6 years. Worked in cardiac 4 years and aesthetics just over two years! 👩🏼‍⚕️

What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is being able to take what makes someone vulnerable and insecure and rebuild their self love and make them feel beautiful. 🧡

What inspired you to work in aesthetic medicine? I was inspired to work in aesthetics because getting Botox for myself greatly changed my view of myself and healed insecurities. 🧡

What advice do you give someone starting out in aesthetic nursing? My advice to others interested in this career path is to always be brave and push yourself to learn everything that you can. 🤔

What do you do outside of work? Outside of work I stay busy with my workouts at the gym. I also have an 8year old daughter who is my number 1 priority! 💪

Any secret talents? I can sing and play piano! 🎶
