The last meeting of the "On the Same Page" Silent Book Club is Friday, July 19 at 2:00 pm in the storytime room. Rising 5th and 6th graders, come to read to yourself - librarians will share some current favorites as well.

Learn kayaking basics and explore wildlife. Registration and permission slip required. Limited to 20 participants. No experience needed. See you there! 🌞🛶

Learn the basics of kayaking on Kent Park Lake! Kayaks, PFDs (life jackets), and instruction provided. While kayaking, we’ll explore for wildlife and cool plants in the lake’s ecosystem. No prior experience needed. Students should wear clothes and sandals/shoes that can get wet, and should have sunscreen and bring a hat, sunglasses, or other sun protection if desired.
