We really appreciate ALL of our customers & enjoy “most” of them 🤭.
There’s just no way I can respond to all of the messages about how the community appreciates us & asking about jobs & wanting to help! It really means A lot!
If you are really Interested in a job here please come by & talk to me IN PERSON. I don’t always see all of the messages or comments. When I hire someone I will choose from the people that took their time to come up there.
We work Tuesday.- Saturday
6-2 ish Tue.-Fri. & 6:30-11:30 on Sat.
I close for ALL Holidays also. If you want any more Info. Come see me!

THIS IS THE SITUATION AT THE DINER.
I have enough daily employees (for now). When I’m one short it’s bad enough but 2 puts a huge strain on us. So when one needs off & another one calls in sick (which is what happened today) it puts us in a HUGE BIND! Those of us left can only do so much.
My options are to Close or piece the day together & do the best we can, which is what we are doing today. It’s hard enough to find reg. Help but finding a fill in for a couple days a month that can do anything is as rare as a Unicorn. So I have to decide to either close & keep what sanity I have left or piece the day together & do what we can. Unfortunately this is just how the restaurant business is now.
“At the end of my rope” is a huge understatement these days.

Once again I am short handed.🙁 we will be Open but we will have a limited menu today & will do the best we can.

We are calling it a day!🥵🥵🥵 115 deg. In the kitchen (even hotter over the grill)!!

It’s 114 deg. & rising in our kitchen at 11:15(the clock is wrong on it). We will hold out as long as we can but if we have to we will close early!🥵🥵🥵
I dont want anyone passing out our having a heatstroke over a hamburger. I will keep y’all posted.
