🍋“Long Beach Lemons,” 6X6 oil on canvas panel. Swipe for detail shots & my reference photo. Y’all! I set up what I thought was a harmless little still life, but capturing these lemons was TOUGH for me. What color is a shadow on a lemon? Or inside a white bowl? I’ll let you ponder that one…🤣 Hint: it’s not gray, and I generally don’t have black or gray paint on my palette anyway.
