Another day of diligent research!! At the Powder Hollow Brewery next to Yankee Candle Company in Deerfield, MA.

Hope everyone is doing well. We are doing what we can to get open as soon as possible. Unfortunately our opening date has once again been thrown up in the air. As many of you know we have had to do and still need to do major remodeling and infrastructure repairs. We have spent the past five months with Community Bank preparing loan documentation for a Commercial Construction Loan. 1 Week ago we were told everything looked good and "The Board" needed a copy of our Deed and Current Mortgage Payoff to prove we owned it and we owed what we said we did. After a long wasteful process we have been denied due to, and they actually said this "No Previous Experience Owning a Bar/ Restaurant". We will keep posted as we look into other financing options for our big adventure.... WE WILL SEE THIS THROUGH!!

We’re very excited for Friday! Quest Has some back to school bags with some supplies for two of Their prizes and a couple fun prizes for the kids raffle ! Don’t forget to stop by 12-3 for Free Ice Cream we’ll be doing raffles for the parents/adults as well, raffling off free service and discounts redeemable at Quest OffRoad ! For watt it’s worth 😅 we Officially have ⚡️Electricity ⚡️ throughout the entire building ! Thanks to our amazing contractors for putting in all the work to get us to this point along with NYSEG finally getting us hooked up to the utility pole !

Good news !! Utility pole is going in now so we’ll be fully powered and ready to push through the rest of this remodel ! We’re cooking with butter now !!

Here's a little update! The bar and walls around it are starting to come together ! Electricity has been updated and we're just waiting for NYSEG to finish hooking us up to the utility pole. We just started putting up the flat steel on the kitchen walls, this has been such an exciting, and sometimes stressful project, but we're so happy to share this progress with you and cant wait to open in the coming months!

Hope Everyone is doing well and getting excited for Summer. Will get some pics for you all to see our progress. We can't wait to see you all. We are chugging along dealing with some structural issues and permits . So please be patient we will be coming soon!!!
