I had my first “American Land Raised Salmon”. While I don’t do farm raised fish because of the ecological and animal implication’s, I wanted to try this! No antibiotics, agrochemicals or fertilizers. These Aquaponic systems are built on the land rather than a cordoned off part of the ocean. I’m not sure I am all in. The flavor was bland at best. It wasn’t bad but doesn’t compare to ALDIs Baby Coho. More research is needed. Has anyone tried it?

The ingredient of the day is Tamarind! Buy some pods of the sweet variety, take off the outer "husk", pour hot water over to soften and strain to sift out the seeds. Use this in smoothies!!!!!
