Action is excited to celebrate Stephanie Schwarzmiller for receiving her CMCA certification! Stephanie is a general manager in LA who strives to help residents love where they live and goes the extra mile to ensure that she is prepared to offer the best service.
The CMCA is an international program for managers of community associations to demonstrate their fundamental management knowledge. Action's Chief Information Officer, Brad Perry, spoke at CAI San Diego's Cybersecurity Tradeshow. He and community association attorney Sandra Gottlieb discussed technology, AI, residential monitoring, reducing crime in a community, and cyberattacks. Action was proud to be the program sponsor for the event and to share our team's knowledge with board members and managers.
