Corbin repping 525z he started at 365lbs in january. Started At 195lbs and is not 235lbs in weights. Killed it this off season went up 50-100ns on
Alpha male for the maxs was Adam wright. He had 1st place finishes on everything except 2.
We didn't have an alpha female because nobody had more than 2 first places., it was a 4 way tie with no clear cut leader.
Ok so we've officially wrapped up max week. As a gym we lost a total of 97lbs with the average being 4lbs, we lost an average of 2% body fat with the highest being 4%. Had some huge increases in overall performances from everybody. Not one person had a negative max. Which is incredible. I posted the videos for lifting but I'm going to now post the times for fit test, plank and mile.

Dustin squat max. 385lbs. 70lbs improvement. Insane jump in 8 weeks. Working his butt off. Great lift!
Zack squat max. 115lbs! 100lbs gain. From 8 weeks ago. Insane what proper technique and changing his mindset can do. He's improved soo much it's crazy!
