Swimmer of the Week Spotlight- Daisy!
Daisy works hard in practice each day. She is always paying attention when given instruction and has a great attitude. And, at the end of each practice she offers to help put back equipment. Thank you Daisy for your hard work and being a part of our team!
Swimmer of the Week Spotlight- Jasper Fu
Jasper just came off an incredible meet at JAG where he dropped time in ALL his events including a huge 12 second time drop in the 200 free and almost 8 second time drop in the 200 IM. In addition to his swims, Jasper also stayed to cheer on all his teammates at the meet. He is the sweetest kid and an incredibly hard worker at practice. We are so proud of him at all his hard work.
Congratulations to Charlotte Milkie on her first Summer Junior National cut in the 100 Meter Freestyle tonight at June Age Groups. Charlotte swam a FAST 57.30! What an amazing swim! 🔥
Swimmer of the Week Spotlight- Alisha Oberoi
Alisha is super dedicated and comes to practice ready to work! She swims her heart out every day, always giving her best. She is very serious, and follows direction well. Her kindness and friendliness also make her a wonderful member of our team!

Swimmer of the Week Spotlight- Daniel Z.
Daniel rises to the challenge when put on faster timebases without complaint. He’s always encouraging his group mates and spreads positivity each night he’s at practice. Way to go Daniel!
Swimmer of the Week Spotlight- Ethan Huang
Ethan always come to swim with the BIGGEST smile on his face! He is enthusiastic about every set they swim each night at practice. When he finishes a set early, he asks for more practice.
Ethan is making big progress and it shows in how fast he is getting. We are so excited to highlight Ethan as our swimmer of the week!

Swimmer of the Week Spotlight- Colin Zung
Colin is one of the most consistent swimmers in both attendance and effort. He always shows up to practice with a smile on his face, and always listens to his coaches. He adjusts his technique when told and makes a great effort to get better every practice.
In his last few meets his hard work has paid off with many impressive time drops. He dropped two seconds in his 50 free, three seconds in the 100 fly, five seconds in his 100 free, twelve seconds in his 200 free, twelve seconds in his 200 IM, and a whopping 41 seconds in his 400 free from last year’s long course time.
He has already qualified for June Age Group, Summer Age Group Championships and is very close to qualifying for the Summer Elite Championships in multiple events (50 free, 100 free, 500 free, and 50 fly). And, he already qualified for Summer Elite in the 200 free, 200 IM, and 100 fly. He doesn’t age up until late in the year so he is going to be a standout this summer in the championship meets. His coaches are very excited to see what he can do at his next meet and are very proud of him!

Fast swims and records being broken for Santiago freshman Charlotte Milkie. Charlotte has taken down 3 school records and two Big 8 League Records. Milkie and CCAQ teammate Allie Fields also broke the League Record in the 200 Medley Relay at League finals last week. Santiago swimmers Brinley Knoll and Charlotte Milkie making waves and breaking records Knoll, a junior, and Milkie, a freshman, hold a combined five individual records at Santiago, and the duo also helped set a relay record last week.

SEVEN records broken for Sadie Adams at the MVN Lunar Festival! Sadie broke the 9-10 girls CCAQ team records for the 50 Yard Freestyle, 100 Yard Freestyle, 200 Yard Freestyle, 500 Yard Freestyle, 50 Yard Butterfly, 100 Yard Individual Medley, and 200 Yard Individual Medley. She broke a couple 25 year old records AND records her sister, who is now her coach held previously. Sadie just keeps getting faster and we can’t wait to see what a bright swim future she has ahead of her!
