My Story
I specialize in listing homes for sale in Corona and the surrounding areas. Over 85% of my business is representing sellers. I have sold properties for people relocating out of state, for people downsizing, for people upsizing, for retirees, for investors, for properties in probate and for executors of trusts. Because I am big on technology, I have even sold several properties for out of state owners who I never met – everything was done via email and digital signing.
I'm a lifelong resident of Corona, CA. went to the local schools, married a local girl and still attend the church I was baptized at. Corona has been my family's home since my Great grandmother arrived in 1917. I care about my family name and always work hard to protect it. I live by the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"
For 15 years before getting into real estate I worked as an account manager for an international kitchen cabinet company. I negotiated with home builders in the sales of hundreds of kitchens at a time. Once I was awarded a contract I would work with the builder on the design, marketing, scheduling, ordering, delivery and installation of cabinets. During this same time, I was buying and selling my own real estate.
I was never happy with the realtors I dealt with, I just didn’t feel like they had my best interests in mind. In 2010 I started my real estate career focusing on sellers. I just knew I could do a better job of representing home sellers. I knew if I focused on my clients and their needs that my business would thrive.
