Happy New Month Everyone!!! A new month full of opportunity is upon us. I couldn’t be more excited to finish Q4 off right! If you don’t know by now I am now hanging my license with and I’m having a BLAST

11 years today a part of my soul left this earth. 11 years ago today her very last words to me which I live and breathe every day.
My heavenly Angel the other half of parenting for my brother and I. Where our father was absent our grandmother was always present.
Mom and Grandma were what was consistent for us growing up.
Every year around this time I am pushed further and further out of my comfort zone.
I believe it’s my Angel in Heaven nudging me to do and be what her last words to me were.
“Give it all to God, trust God and trust yourself “.
Words will never suffice what my Grandmother meant to me.
This year like every for the past 11 years I am embarking on another level of discomfort in life.
My vow along with my Uncle, Mother, Brothers and Aunt is to keep Grandmother’s legacy alive.

Live life fearless and unapologetic , Trust God, Trust yourself and stay focused. Life is filled with lessons take what you need from each lesson and move forward always. If you think you cannot become a homeowner because you don’t have a perfect credit score, think again. It is recommended that you have a high credit score so you can qualify for the best interest rates on mortgage. However, you can still qualify for mortgage with a low credit score. It is just more difficult.

Credit score requirement differ based on loan type and the lender. Conventional loans require a minimum credit score of 620 while some other loan types have a lower minimum credit score. It can be as low as 500.

Even though your credit score is an important factor, it is not the only factor that determines whether you qualify for a mortgage or not.
