We had an issue arise with the online portal after sending out the portal invite last week. We have been working with the software company on correcting the issue and should have the portal functional by Tuesday, February 6th (if not sooner). Once the portal is operational, you should be able to setup your autopayment feature moving forward. Below is a link you can click regarding information about the portal.

There is no fee for ACH. Again, the portal is an option for making your monthly payment. If you wish to mail your payments to our office or continue using your coupon booklet you can do that. Or you can drop your payment in the company drop box at our buildings front entrance. We again apologize for any brief inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your patience.

SPA CLOSED - Our apologies as at this time the spa is closed due to a leak that has not been diagnosed yet. Arrangements have been made for July 28th with American Leak Detection to perform a leak detection service on the system. Once the leak detection has been completed, we will know where the leak is and can obtain a quote for proper repairs.
