CCISD's new Southeast elementary school is coming together! Our mechanical crews are making quick progress using Viega LLC MegaPress on mechanical piping 4'' and below. We appreciate the opportunity by Fulton Coastcon general contractors to work on this project!

53 years ago today Frank Malek started Malek, Inc.! Through the years Malek, Inc. has grown into the largest mechanical contractor in the Corpus area. Today we install HVAC, plumbing, electrical and site utilities. In 2022 we had the best year in company history and 2023 is on track to break that record as well. We would not be where we are today without the trust and dedication of our employees and customers!
53 years and still shining, with many more years to go!

Malek's plumbing and HVAC crews are putting the finishing touches on the central sterilization renovation for Spohn hospital. This has been an interesting project with lots of specialized systems. We appreciate the opportunity by spawglass to be a part of this project!

The Del Mar college white library renovation is taking shape. Hvac equipment has been set! We appreciate the opportunity by B E Beecroft Co to be a part of this project!

Malek's team of service plumbers work around the clock to keep our commercial and industrial customers going. Our HotJet II from Hot Jet USA can jet up to 12'' lines with 4000psi of hot water to cut through any obstruction. Many local hospitals and refineries depend on us to keep them up and running.

Gregory Portland ISD's new early childhood center is coming out of the ground. Malek will be installing the plumbing and hvac on this project. The underground plumbing is being supported by a Mudskipper system which is installed in the slab to combat expansive soil movement. Areas with heavy plumbing underground like the kitchen, mechanical room, and gang bathrooms are over a suspended slab (crawl space) for ease of future maintenance. Our plumbing and mechanical site superintendent Glen Kirkham and his crew are doing a great job!

The new wildlife rescue center for the Texas State Aquarium is taking shape. Our site utilities crews have installed the underground seawater piping for the aquariums and our HVAC crews are making great progress! We appreciate the opportunity from Spawglass general contractors and the Texas State Aquarium to be a part of this project!

The Aquarium’s new rescue center will have state-of-the-art veterinary medical equipment, an interpretive center, and a multimedia theater to help share the Wildlife Rescue story. The Aquarium’s goal is to increase capacity for wildlife rescue and response, facilitate learning for veterinary medical students and veterinary technologists, and foster a better understanding for the public regarding what each of us can do to help protect wildlife. Upon completion of the facility, the public will have unparalleled access to witness the treatment and rehabilitation of thousands of shorebirds, raptors (birds of prey), marine mammals, and sea turtles.
