Our VISION: Although We Are Many, We Are of One Table. We realize there are many different varieties of people in the world and that they have different preferences when it comes to worship style. Registration for vacation Bible school is officially closed. We’re really excited and have a great team of people planning to Set Sail with all of these kids beginning July 15 and running through July 18.
Another planning meeting was held tonight and everyone is in for a big treat!
We are needing volunteers to help. Would love to have teenagers and adults alike. Please contact the church office or respond to this post and let us know that you’re interested in helping.

Yay! We got our new concrete tables for the courtyard today!!!
These were poured just for us. Thank you to the people that came this morning to unload and set them up. Extremely heavy and took a lot of elbow grease to get them done.
A big, big thank you to Wayne Carden for driving to Odem/Sinton to pick them up. Hoping to have two umbrellas and stands installed for our Aloha Sunday event.

Please 🌺 S H A R E
It was a fun Thursday at St. John’s! Lots of people, lots of activity, lots of wonderful things going in Gods kingdom.
Did my best to capture most everybody that was there working but missed a few. We had the food pantry open and hustling bustling. There was an exercise class. People organizing closets and rooms. Stayce was working fast and furious to get bulletins out along with the other thousand things she does daily . Shauna was there doing more bookkeeping and bill paying. Glenda stopped by with good news that grant money was awarded for some A/V equipment on the same day that we realized we had to replace audio equipment in the sanctuary. Praise God!
Our pastor decided it was a great day to rearrange his office after he wrote his sermon and received a call from a lovely couple that are going to be joining the church. We had ladies decorating for Aloha Sunday. We had ladies shopping for food for Aloha Sunday. We had a wonderful volunteer drive to pick up our new concrete tables and benches for the courtyard.
We had wonderful ladies sewing up bags for Bokencamp. The birds were fed and so much more. What a wonderful church we have and a wonderful church family to serve. We are not just a church that shows up on Sunday. We are there all the time.

St. John's News and Events Weekly news and events.
As God's children, we sometimes go astray and lose our way. But thanks to the boundless love of Christ and His ultimate sacrifice, we are always brought back through repentance. Our Heavenly Father watches over us, guides us, and never stops caring for us. His love is our constant, and in Him, we find our eternal salvation. Amen

What’s happening at St John’s this beautiful and hot Wednesday?? Lots of things!
Food pantry is open, the “closet of doom” is getting organized, the pastor is hard at work, the courtyard and garden plants were watered and tended too, ladies bible study and lots of lunches! Aloha Sunday starting to take shape, Shauna paying bills, outreach meetings and so much more! Thank you everyone for your love and dedication to our church!
Being there for our friends and others is a blessing and a calling. Let's support and uplift each other, as God intended. 11:17 Worship
Friends are a precious gift from God, appearing in our lives exactly when we need them most. Whether in moments of joy or times of struggle, God places these special people in our paths to support, uplift, and journey with us.
Let us remember to honor God by cherishing these friendships and treating our friends with love, respect, and kindness. Nurture these bonds, and be the friend that reflects God’s grace and compassion.
🤍Amen

What a beautiful day it has been! Our worship services today were truly inspiring. Though we missed Pastor John Cochran, who was blessed with the opportunity to serve as a spiritual director at the Women’s Walk to Emmaus this weekend, we are grateful for the work he is doing.
We were also blessed to have Mr. Billy Ray Sayles step in as our guest speaker. His heartfelt message on "Thy Will Be Done" touched our hearts deeply. Billy’s kind and humble spirit shone brightly as he served us with his words and presence.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week ahead. May you be a blessing to someone today and every day!
